Welcome to the home of the Brampton Flying Club, the Great War Flying Museum, the Recreational Aircraft Association and the Snowy Owl Air Cadet Squadron - all communities of aviation enthusiasts - located in the beautiful Town of Caledon, Ontario. For information call 905-838-1400.
The Brampton Flying Club began in 1946. The original airfield was located near Queen Street and McLaughlin Road in Brampton, and moved to its present location in 1970. Bud Young was Brampton's first flight instructor and the club still owns its first training aircraft, the de Havilland Tiger Moth CF-DHR. BFC's success can be attributed to the dedication of its membership and staff over the years. It is the only flying club in Canada to own its own airport.
