Summary
The Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone. The CSR is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries and processing transactions. CSR follows all procedures and policies when providing customer service. CSR participates in all assigned training, setting, and meeting personal goals. CSR understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. Must be available 3 days a week for morning or afternoon shifts.

Job Duties
• Assist customers with Flight Training related Purchases
• Perform general Cleaning Duties
• Sell various food and related products in the store
• Keep up to date on new products related to flight training
• Handle cash (Open and closing of store) Generate reports
• Answer phone
• Complete web-based orders
• Intro and Sightseeing Flight Booking
• Research and resolve customer problems Booking Introductory and Sightseeing flights and other online items
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Flight experience
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professional
• Manner.
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
• Professional appearance and manners
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Working Conditions
• Lifting or moving up to30 lbs may be required
