Get Ready! Attend the BFC Free Seminar “Winter Flying Concerns for Pilots”

Flying in the winter months requires more preparation compared with flying at other times of the year. Additional care and planning is required for operating an aircraft in colder temperatures, during inclement weather and flying while wearing bulky clothing.

Scott Chayko, CFI and Will Boles, Standard Coordinator – Airworthiness, Transport Canada will provide insight into the preparations necessary for both pilots and equipment that will help everyone enjoy safe flights over the winter season.

The Free Seminar will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Wynott Lecture Hall at the Brampton-Caledon Airport.  ­Attendees will qualify for the 2-year recency requirement as per CAR421.05(2)(b).
