Consultations:

In developing our Accessibility Plan, we engaged in meaningful consultations with individuals and groups who have lived experience with disabilities. These consultations were designed to ensure that diverse voices were heard and that the plan reflects the real needs and priorities of our community. Feedback was gathered by email communications, phone and in person. We were able to work with organizations such as Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario and Inclusion Canada. The insights gained from these consultations have been integral in shaping a plan that is inclusive, practical, and responsive to the challenges faced by people with disabilities.
