Introductory Flight Request Form

TRY AN INTRODUCTORY FLIGHT! No commitment or obligations to register as an associate.

This introductory flight is for those who are thinking about taking flying lessons and obtaining a pilot’s license. Experience flight first-hand and you may even get to fly the airplane yourself! A Transport Canada approved Flight Instructor will guide you through what is involved in learning to fly, and share a 15 to 20-minute flight in a four seat Cessna 172 with you at the controls. Feel free to ask questions. This flight is only available to one person, as additional passengers can take away from the learning experience. Can log this flight as your first lesson. Cost: $150 plus HST.

STEP ONE: Purchase a deposit fee $50 (including tax)
PLEASE DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD OF $50 OR MORE. Deposit will be taken from gift card.

Please note that the $50 (including tax) deposit will be retained (therefore will be non-refundable) if you do not show up for your flight or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. The $50 deposit will be used for flights that take place as scheduled. If an intro or sightseeing flight has to be rescheduled due to weather (as cancelled by Instructor), the deposit flight will transfer over to rescheduled date.

IF you purchase the GIFT CARD, please DO NOT pay the deposit separately, instead, please denote gift card number as your order number and the deposit will be deducted from gift card.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Order Number for deposit of $50 paid or Gift Card Number and will deduct cost of $50 deposit from gift card. Deposit is non-refundable if introductory or sightseeing recipient does not show up for booking or cancels reservation with less than 48 hours’ notice. When booking your flight, allow 72 hours for your booking date selection. Subject to availability note that your date selection may not be available.

STEP THREE: Booking confirmation will be sent via email

Booking confirmation will be sent by [email protected] with your booking confirmation. Booking reservation will be received within two business days.
